“I love having a platform that services so many dancers from various walks of life! I've invested a lifetime in the mission of Studio G.
I started dancing at the age of 2. I stood on the stage at my Dance Recital for 2 years in a row and did absolutely nothing! I'm so glad my mom didn't give up on me! I graduated from Kelly School of Dance & Gymnastics in 1993 and began teaching dance and gymnastics at 16 years old. After a rewarding 10 years as an instructor, I pursued my greatest dream of owning my own studio.
In October 2004, I opened the doors of STUDIO G DANCE & GYMNASTICS COMPANY, LLC with 38 students, and it has been a non-stop blessing ever since.
My students have had the opportunity to perform in so many forums both locally and nationally, including festivals, dance competitions, Mardi Gras events, weddings, funerals, church celebrations, and much more. We've traveled and performed in Las Vegas, Orlando, Destin, Tennessee, Baton Rouge, Mobile, California so far.
The continuous artistic growth of my students has amplified my love for the arts over and over again. I'm so proud of them!
I am certified in tap, ballet, jazz, and acro with Chapter #6 of Louisiana Dance Masters of America and Dance Masters of America International. I'm also a Professional Member of the National Dance Educators Organization, and the 2013 Recipient of the New Orleans Alumanae Chapter of Delta Sigma theta Sorority, Inc. Artie Award for Dance.
I am a 1995 graduate of St. Mary's Academy, a 2000 graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, and a 2012 graduate of the University of New Orleans. I'm an active member of the New Orleans Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc.
I have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, a Masters of Science in Engineering Management, and an MBA. I'm a mother of 5 and an Maintenance Productivity Leader for one of the leading chemical companies in the world!

Our staff members are among the most talented and dedicated personnel in the business. Our Senior Staff members are either degreed in the arts or education or certified in ballet, tap, modern, jazz, and acro/gymnastics through Dance Masters of America International and are members of the
Louisiana Association of Dance Masters, Chapter #6.
